RETURN POLICY
OK, YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT YOU BOUGHT OR YOU ORDERED THE WRONG THING.

No returns after 30 days from invoice date.
All returns must be authorized by CatFishDogs.com.
A return authorization number will be issued. This return authorization number must be clearly marked on the return box. A 15% restocking charge will be charged for all returns.
Customer is to insure the return package to protect themselves if carrier damages or loses the item.
No credit will be issued for freight charges.
Any item purchased with " FREE FREIGHT " will be charged the actual outgoing freight charges if returned.
All refused orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee as well as all freight charges.
All returned items must be in new condition with all packaging materials, manuals etc.
Packages failing to comply with these instructions will be refused.

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase from CatFishDogs.com and/or related products and/or services and support sold in the United States ("Product") by the entity named on the invoice or acknowledgement ("CatFishDogs.com") provided to you. By accepting delivery of the Product, you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, you must notify CatFishDogs.com immediately and return your purchase pursuant to CatFishDogs.com Return Policy.
1. Other Documents. This Agreement may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s) unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and CatFishDogs.com. If you do not receive an invoice or acknowledgement in the mail, via e-mail, or with your product, information about your purchase may be obtained by contacting us at (888) 520-6767.
2. Payment Terms; Orders. Terms of payment are within CatFishDogs.com sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by CatFishDogs.com, payment must be received by CatFishDogs.com prior to CatFishDogs.com acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by CatFishDogs.com. Invoices are due and payable before the product is shipped. Your order is subject to cancellation by CatFishDogs.com, at CatFishDogs.com sole discretion. CatFishDogs.com is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, in any offer by CatFishDogs.com and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
3. Shipping Charges; Taxes; Risk of Loss. Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by CatFishDogs.com is CatFishDogs.com responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must notify CatFishDogs.com within 10 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Unless you provide CatFishDogs.com with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. Shipping dates are estimates only.
4. Warranties. All products sold by CatFishDogs.com are covered by the warranties of the manufacturer against any defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover items used in ways other than intended. All returns must follow our return policy.CatFishDogs.com cannot guarantee the receipt of products shipped without a Return Authorization Number. A proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
